Product Description: DİSCHARGE TRANSPARENT printing paste in textile printing sector, which is used in dischargeable surfaces and dark ground texture. Ready for usage to obtain soft and bright aspects which will be coloured with pigment concentrations. Ecological printing paste that does not require washing procedure after printing.

GENERAL PROPORTIES

· Bright and soft touche
· Some important characteristics can be summarized as surface dryness after printing and high purity of eashing and rubbing in regards of its adherence to texture.
USAGE PROPERTIES

· Is water based
· Must be used mixed with addition of 5-6% KROL ACTIVATOR and melting must be controlled.
· Water based printing paste that does not include PVC, A.P.E.O, PHTHALATE compounds, HEAVY METAL and FORMADEHYDE.
· No problem of template plugging while working in room temperature
· Can be mixed with KROL DISCHARGE WT in every proportion
· Purity of wet high-wash up and dry rubbing is present
· Colour profoundness is structural in bright aspect


APPLICATION

· Krol discharge printing pastes can be printed with silk that has 43 or 55 mesh number.
· Can be coloured with water-based pigments that are suitable for discharging.
· To obtain good purity and viscosity, pigment proportion must not be above 6%. The suitability of pigment colourent's efficiency must be tested before use.
· We kindly request you to pay attention to production circumstances, pass to production stage after testing the application and ask for technical support if required.
· The color is fixed in 3 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
· Screens must be washed with water after utilization.
· Does not require addition of printing pastes, fixer and other additional materials.


PACKAGE

Plastic packages 50 kg or 120 kg.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

· Must be stored in room temperature and dry place.
· The cover of the package must be closed after each use.
